Simon is a senior member of the Commercial Law Practice Group and the Corporations and Securites Practice Group.

Simon joined Watson Mangioni Lawyers in 2001.

Simon's areas of expertise include financial services and corporate transactions. He has helped numerous financial services entities to establish their operations and with their subsequent financial product issues and offerings. Simon is experienced in assisting clients with capital raisings and mergers and aquisitions, and advising on corporate matters, joint ventures, and regulatory matters including ASX, ASIC and APRA issues.
