Robert is a corporate and market regulation lawyer with 25 years experience. From his early involvement in media and entertainment (especially pay television), Robert's corporate practice now embraces work for a wide range of financial institutions, listed companies, and high net worth individuals. His principal areas of practice include IPOs, capital raisings, complex corporate transactions and disputes, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advice/strategy, compliance and securities market regulation (eg. ASIC and ASX matters).
