Reay leads the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and joined Watson Mangioni Lawyers in 2007.

Reay is a specialist litigation lawyer, who has been in practice for over 18 years. Reay specialises in the areas of commercial litigation, insolvency, trade practices litigation and corporations law litigation. He conducts litigation in all jurisdictions, primarily in the Equity and Commercial Lists of the Supreme Court of NSW, and in the Federal Court of Australia. Reay's particular experience includes pre-litigation advice to minimise the escalation of disputes, advising directors, shareholders and insolvency administrators in various high profile corporate failures, advising in various complex disputes in the investment banking, property development and pay television industries, and in substantial competition law cases.
