Peter leads the Corporations & Securities Practice Group.

Peter joined Watson Mangioni Lawyers in 1995.

Peter has been in practice for over 20 years. The core of Peter's practice has been initial public offerings, domestic and off-shore finance, debt and equity raisings, mergers, takeovers, venture capital raisings, reconstructions of listed and unlisted companies, acquisitions and general commercial transactions. He also has extensive experience in liaising with regulatory bodies, including ASX and ASIC.
