Peter has been practising as a Commercial Lawyer since 2000.

Peter has experience in IT contracts and IP matters, dealing with the ownership, licensing and exploitation of IP of all kinds; general corporate and commercial advice including new company start-ups, joint ventures, the sale, purchase and restructure of companies and businesses.

Peter spent a number of years as in-house counsel at a premier Australian university where he advised on a range of matters including collaborative research and development projects and technology commercialisation.
