Mark is the Managing Director, one of the founders of Watson Mangioni Lawyers and a senior member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the Insolvency Practice Group.

Mark has been practising in Sydney for 25 years. Mark specialises in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial advice, securities market regulation and insolvency. He acts for a number of official and registered liquidators as well as for a range of large and small corporations and commercial bodies. He conducts commercial litigation in all jurisdictions, particularly in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He is experienced in alternative dispute resolution. In addition, he regularly advises creditors, debtors and insolvency administrators on all aspects of corporate insolvency and reconstruction.
