John Biggs

John is a senior member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the Insolvency & Reconstruction Practice Group.

John joined Watson Mangioni in 2005 and has been practising law in Sydney for 12 years.

He specialises in commercial litigation, trade practices litigation, corporations law litigation and insolvency. He acts for a range of large and small companies, directors, shareholders and insolvency practitioners among others. John conducts commercial litigation in all jurisdictions, particularly in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia, and across industries including financial services, telecommunications, information technology, media and defamation, retailing, property and construction. He is experienced in various forms of alternative dispute resolution.
