The Insolvency Practice Group provides advice and a full range of legal services to companies, company administrators, company directors, creditors (including banks and financial institutions), receivers and liquidators in relation to financial stress, work-out opportunities, security enforcement, asset and debt recovery, and all aspects of insolvency administration. The Insolvency Practice Group regularly provides insolvency services to people and organisations referred by other law firms and professional contacts.
