Glenn has been practising since 2002 and is a Commercial Lawyer.

Glenn’s primary areas of expertise include private company mergers and acquisitions, information technology transactions, due diligence, intellectual property and employment law. Glenn also provides general counsel legal services for companies in the technology, primary industry, media and marketing sectors. Glenn also has experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution work.
