David joined Watson Mangioni Lawyers in 1999.

David is a commercial lawyer with 19 years experience in both private practice and as an in-house counsel. David specialises in general counsel and transactional work for companies across a broad range of industries including technology, media, broadcasting, health, retailing and construction. David's areas of speciality include mergers and acquisitions, employment law, IT and IP. David also has experience in corporate advisory, compliance and commercial litigation work.
