The Corporations & Securities Practice Group provides advice and transactional services in connection with ASX listing procedures, business structuring, corporations law regulation, debt and equity capital raisings, due diligence, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO structuring, prospectuses and information memoranda, and public and private company compliance. The Group also assits in advising on directors duties and shareholder rights.
