The Commercial Litigation Practice Group is experienced and well resourced to conduct any type of commercial litigation in Australia and regularly handles alternative dispute resolution procedures such as arbitration, mediation and private negotiation to resolve commercial disputes for clients. Our areas of specialist expertise include litigation in the areas of competition, contract disputes, corporations law, environment, finance, government regulation, information technology, insurance, intellectual property and trade practices. We also have extensive experience in representing companies and individuals in ASIC, ASX and ATO investigations, hearings, enforcement actions and prosecutions.
