The Commercial Law Practice Group provides assistance with all types of commercial transactions. This includes providing advice on competition, industrial relations, information technology, intellectual property and insurance matters, the establishment and operation of partnerships, joint ventures and trusts, and providing specialist representation in relation to acquisitions and disposals of all manner of business assets and business ownership interests.
