Caroline has been practising since 2008 and is a Commercial Lawyer.

Caroline has had experience in various practice areas including international trade, commercial property, commercial litigation, technology and compliance. Her current practice includes intellectual property, private company mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and employment law and information technology transactions.
